5. I would like these clowns have to answer how they feel about other "settled" cases.

Oh, you can't answer if marriage equality is settled law?

How about interracial marriage? Or school segregation?

I'd like to hear him say he might have to rule on wether a white man can marry a black woman so he can't share an opinion. It would be just as absurd.

6. I loved watching Franken grill Gorsuch but it's infuriating to watch him dodge questions.

His whole, 'aw shucks, we're all friends here' demeanor and his over-acting when responding were nauseating.

Just once I would like to see these weasels be honest.

I'm not optimistic that we'll be able to stop him from being confirmed but at least it looks like we're going to put up a hell of a fight.
