5. To be honest I dont think excluding banners and signs will lead to the end of civilization at these

meetings and signs or banners that are to big could make it difficult to ask a question if it so big that it blocks someone from being seen that is trying to ask a question.
Now if he starts trying to limit or ban people from an event because of their political party or religion then that would be a major issue.
