Related: About this forumlester holt trump interview: What were the papers Trump handed to Holt?
Last edited Fri May 12, 2017, 01:00 PM - Edit history (1)
At the start of the interview Trump walks in with some papers. He hands them to Holt who looks them over briefly. Then they sit down with Holt putting the papers under his folder.
At that point there is an edit in the film and I see the papers again on Holt's lap at about the 1:30 mark.
So what were those papers? Just curious.
Ok on edit. I've been told they were comments by people in favor of firing Comey. Probably includes people who thought Comey should have been fired by Obama.

(16,254 posts)The thing that got to me was that he handed Holt the papers, Holt glanced at them quickly and placed them under his folder of questons/notes at which time Trump folded his arm in front of him and more or less pushed Holt out of the way so he could sit down. Typical bully blocking move. He wasn't rough, but he definitely tried to let Holt know he was Top Dog.
Maybe they cut that part out.

(63,849 posts)is not far from the truth. tRump is a bully. Could you imagine if tRump was being interviewed by a BBC reporter, he couldn't do that kind of crap they would just laugh at him.
