one of the most complex philosophies that make us, us.

The Founders had studied all histories and knew with out separation of powers and separation of church and state there would be no point in even attempting democracy. It's something we can't be bothered to teach any longer. This is why we are so damn dumb.

No civics classes; no "Problems of Democracy" courses in high school. We've raised a couple of generations of people who have no clue how their own government works.
