"Bridge to nowhere" we've seen in recent times. And the other one was linking two parts of the SAME nation!!!

and can be used to move men and material into n.Korea. Roads can quickly be built from that bridge in case China's client state gets attacked by say ameriKKKans who are now in charge of foreign policy.

and didn't.

You can see it on Google maps. Search for Sino-Korean Friendship Bridge and then scroll south on the Yalu river a short bit.

Seems like a simple effort to pave a road there, but the North Koreans don't seem to want it.
