I have always been taught, to NOT insult the host - even if they do lack some in their service... He managed to insult the host (the UK prime minister, and the rest of the country many times overs as it is already) and now believe that UK could not put off the Olympic games?:.. Listen "lad" Romney. The UK have experience with making big shows for the rest of the world long before the United States of America was anything else than a bleak dream in some rebels memory in the 1700s...

How dumb is really Romney???

Even if he was right, he had no business saying it. It made him look like a pompous ass because he pulled off the Winter Games "in the middle of nowhere".

It is very real that terrorists. protestors and even athletes have taken advantage of the Olympics as an opportunity to make statements, and in the case of terrorists, violent ones. Security has to be tight.

However, the world is in a different place this year. Al-Qaeda has been CRUSHED, and many "Islamists" are staying home and taking care of their own. Certainly there are economic woes world-wide, but other than that, there's not that much to demonstrate about.

I think that the Olympic games in London will be a smashing success.

What made me even happier was that Romney's London fund-raiser had a poor showing. That's a real case of money talking.
