The key problem is the propanganda of right wing media.

If you want to change this guy's mind the most effective thing to do is call out and protest right wing media.

Something I've noticed in older generations that lack a college education.

The most blame lies at the feet of the right wing propaganda outlets.

They are just this side of insane. Comey is either a liar or its the fault of the media. I especially like how that one guy trots Ian Fleming as an insult to appear "smart".

a Russia issue going on at all right now. I was mind-blown that with all the coverage it's been getting that someone could be unaware of it all. After that conversation, I started tuning into Fox News more often just to see how they're covering the Russia issue to their Republican viewers. Not surprisingly, I found that even when explosive stories related to the Russian scandal would hit the other major networks, Fox wouldn't be covering it at all. And when they would cover it, it would either be just to talk about how the fake news media is trying to create hysteria over nothing, for the sole purpose of ratings, or to call the stories lies.

It didn't take long for me to start understanding how the Trump voter I had spoken to could be so oblivious and ill-informed about what's going on. They're truly conditioned to believe that they cannot trust any news source outside of right-wing media.

I've also noticed that Fox News goes out of their way to report on crimes against white people. Things that wouldn't even get a mention on the other major networks, get multiple segments dedicated to it on Fox News, if the victim is white and the perpetrator is not.

If you've ever listened to right-wing radio, or visited right-wing websites, you would know that it's the same across the board. They're systematically brainwashing people into believing that they're the only news sources that can be trusted and that people of color, liberals, and non-christians are a direct and imminent threat to the rest of the country.

From what I've personally experienced, it's really hard to reason with the people who are caught up in this right-wing news bubble. Sadly, they account for a large portion of the Republican voter base. They've been conditioned to automatically dismiss the truth as fake news. Even as their own quality of life is dwindling, their healthcare is being put in jeopardy, and their government benefits are at risk of being slashed, most are still completely unaware that it is their own party that is responsible.

On one hand, I wish I did know a way to reach people like this and open their eyes because it's destroying the country. Sometimes I even catch myself feeling sorry for some of them. Unwitting victims of a propaganda machine that's hurting them and they aren't even aware of it. On the other hand, I feel like screw them for putting the rest of us in the position we're in right now, just because they're too ignorant to be able to tell fact from fiction.

"The media lies", seems she got her "news" from the faux lie station, she must not have paid attention to Comeys testimony.

How on earth could the media lie when he was on camera the entire time telling his tale?, did the media create a fake film that she watched?.

The stupidity is astounding in these people, just flat out dumber than a stump, and I doubt their IQ is a combined 120 as mentioned in a prior post.

More like 80, dull and barely able to control automatic functions, like breathing on their own and such.

SAD.
