If we could back up a hundred yards or so, the car driver may have been the one that created the rage/kick by shadowing and 'muscling' the bike towards the center barrier.
The kick may have been a self defense, spur of the moment reaction.
"WTF! Dude! Get out of my space! You trying to kill me?"

I've been purposefully 'forced' onto a curb by a dickhead in a car while riding, and wished for a baseball bat.

the motorcycle, but then loses control. Like the other poster said, we need to go back and see who instigated this situation.

. . . BOTH were out of line: the motorcycle driver for kicking the car (even if he had a right to be pissed off) and the car driver for retaliating while driving at 65 mph. Both should have swallowed their rage. And even if the motorcycle driver didn't or couldn't, the driver of the car should have. At most the motorcycle dented the car. But it was the car driver's attempt to retaliate that caused him to lose control. Both should have their driving privileges revoked for life if you ask me.
