Trump is an imbecile. He wants someone else to come up with answers to keep the avalanche of shit he caused from burying everyone. Just like his 'budget plan"........where there really is no plan, but he wants Congress to "fix it". Trump has absolutely no idea what he's doing. He knows nothing about how the presidency works, or how government works, for that matter. And he shows absolutely NO interest in learning about it! He just wants everyone else to do every bit of the work, and then he'll take all the credit.

The Trump "presidency" is an unmitigated disaster. There is NO captain steering the ship of state.
