His attempt to be cute by exaggerating the pronunciation of Puerto Rico was lame. He was all but winking and blowing kisses to the crowd. I don’t know where they rounded his audience up, but some woman shouted out “We love you!” He was eating that right up.

Melania looked like she needed to put on her oversized sunglasses. She kept squinting like the light was hurting her eyes. The other night she had her sunglasses on after it was almost dark. So she isn’t averse to wearing them at odd times.

has he disappeared long enough to have the bags under his eyes removed? That's what it looks like.

If not, then he's wearing a thick layer of coverup (thicker than usual), with more bronze-y dark foundation, to help cover the eye bags (he has big eye bags). AND dark contour under the chin, to help hide the double chin.

AND he's in control of the cameras, and is having "glamour shots" done with the cameras. (He's a little further away, camera shots are even with his face or slightly higher to conceal double chin, etc.)
