it's not the fact that Tillerson called him a fucking moron, but Tillerson was in the news more than Trump, and with his picture on the news more than King Donnie as well. King Donnie wants everything to be about HIM!
Again, Trump's ego is the most important issue in America today, tomorrow, and every day until he's finally in prison. Then we can forget all about this rapacious, specious, malignant, orange toad. 
Perhaps he'll die first. Recently he looks like a prime candidate for a stroke or heart attack. As a nation, we can only hope.
