the tape for the first time and it was overfilmed? To make the laughter continuous during the taped parts of a live show? Like SNL taped bits always get the live audience laughing. They do the show 'this hour has 22 minutes' live in the Rebecca Cohn auditorium I think... the venue at my university Dalhousie in Halifax, Nova Scotia. So i doubt Tom Arnold was there.
