1. I hope his plan is more successful than the Vermont version

2. The "Vermont version" has been under discussion up here in the north country for

a very, very long time. Democrats, Independents, Republicans and others realize the current health care system needs improvement and most likely a complete overhaul. We don't expect every idea to be perfect, every solution to be instantaneous. What we do expect is that our political leaders think, brainstorm, act, try, respond....do something.

Now we get to hear from Ben Jealous on the subject. There are others who have spoken out and most likely more will follow. I'm personally thrilled to hear ALL these new ideas and I appreciate the efforts of any leaders who are at least attemting to resolve our current health care crisis.
