The Republicans on Capitol Hill apparently don't, so why should we trust this guy's opinion?

The details we've gotten are mostly provisions that are deeply unpopular with huge numbers of voters across the political spectrum. So this will hurt Democrats, huh?

Cato type - means he has never had an original thought in his life. This same group is dredging up the 1920's as an example of how tax cuts helped the economy. We all know where that bubble ended up...

The ability of the US to go isolationist as in the 1920's is non-repeatable today. We're also not in a position to repeat the war benefits of WW1, nor the massive effects of the labor change with the introduction of mass-production and mechanization. Also, the lack of regulation and the huge supply of cash at the top ended up with the effect of making credit very, very easy to obtain. After 10 years of Republican policies, the economy was in worst shape and took 20 years and another war victory boom to return to 1920 levels.

If not with Korea, then with the Middle East. And if not the Middle East, he will keep prodding ISIS until we get a full-blown ISIS terrorist attack here at home and he can declare Martial Law and fire Mueller and cancel elections.

That's the whole point. They view politics as war and they adhere to scorched earth tactics.
