that had Paul Ryan yanking away Tiny Tim's crutch and handing it to a cartoon millionaire (like the Monopoly figure) for a walking stick. They are so heartless.

While Scrooge was personally unwilling to be charitable, he seemed okay with his taxes going to pay for orphanages and workhouses.... government-funded charity. I mean they were terrible places, but still, he was more generous on that front on the GOP.
