Sounds like there is a lot more in this book that we haven't heard about ....

...that’s the least intelligent way to stop a book from being read. It’s not as though the publisher destroyed the means of printing more copies after the first run.

All they need to do is to set up an account on Kindle Cloud Reader, and have it delivered there. No wait.
