taken down calls for the killing of a Myanmar reporter. I was impressed, however, with his answer for how to improve their performance: hiriing staff who know the languages concerned, and working with individuals in those societies where such events are happening to identify the sources of hate speech and cancel those accounts. That sounds like an effective response, and clearly indentifies existing weaknesses in the company's system for detecting and removing hate speech in a timely manner.
