(31,113 posts)Reminds me of the scene in Steve Martin movie "Man With Two Brains" when he is given real hard drunk test
I cant do the one where she counts and holds one leg up.
Seems like a practical joke almost, these tests. Why is he arresting her?
He must smell something, she did as good as I could on the tests and I am sober.
If you refuse the test you lose our license for a year. I assume she has been advised to do that and then to fight it in court, is it something you can then fight in court, the losing of the license?

(2,195 posts)are a farce. May have been because she refused to take a breath
test and don't know what happened before the tape began. That Said
google Monica Youngblood. She was one of the stalwart supporters of
the sociopathic Martinez Administration and a real Kiss-up to the rich
and Kick-down to the rest who hated on the poor and probably herself
as well.

(13,069 posts)When someone drinks too much, their eyes involuntarily move back and forth (nystagmus) at a certain point (when they are looking far left or right). If nystagmus occurs when their eyes are looking all the way up or all the way down, they are drinking more than they are used to drinking.

(31,113 posts)and keep my balance, and perfectly sober that is VERY Hard to do, that isnt a problem as long as I try to do what he told me to do because that way I am showing I understood the instructions?

Many get off on the power they have over you.
She was at the mercy of this cop's judgement as to how she performed on the tests.
She certainly didn't seem drunk.
