1. Yet another reason to continue to idolize Carol Burnett.

But she's wise not to be too political. It costs these entertainers money...and sometimes makes them money. But it should be on account of their talent, not their political views.

Still, I'm glad she noted her disapproval. She's such a positive person that for her to say anything negative is a big deal.

5. It's not an entertainers "job" to be involved in politics publicly. They have the same right you do.

To conduct their politics without it costing them their jobs.

Go into work next week and start insulting your coworkers and bosses with political talk...express your disapproval of how they say they vote, who they vote for, etc.

Then tell us how much that unemployment comp check is.
