I actually remember Eisenhower (I was eight), Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, Bush II and Obama.
Some better than others, but none, even Nixon, as deranged and unhinged as this screwball.

I never thought I'd live to see a president act this bad, and I almost made it.
