1. Was he corrupted ,

By putin and trump , and was he threatened to resign or else? Gorsuch I also have major doubts about , and do think the reason he was picked was because they had him already in their pockets. Like putin did in russia , set up a kangaroo courts and other area's he controls now for protection , and to promote their agenda, and putin is doing the same thing here.

Anthony Kennedy was very much in Trump's corner. He wanted Trump to appoint his successor before the likelihood of Democrats take over at the mid-terms in Nov. One of A. Kennedy's last act was to screw labor unions. Except for gay rights and abortion, A.K. was right of center. Trump seems neutral on abortions and gay rights, so his nominee , except for Barrett may be a A.K. clone.

3. Open your eyes

So “Justice” Kennedy had just hired his clerks too suddenly retire! It’s more of protection for his son when the law comes for him or even Kennedy. And, by quitting and letting trump pick the person who will sweep his wrong doings under the rug he earns their pardon...

4. If a case involvlng a member of a justice's family comes before the Supreme Court,

it might be (probably would be) necessary for the Supreme Court justice to recuse himself from the decision.

We don't know who Mueller has questioned.
