Trumps says Germany is Captive of Russia

1. Circular logic
2. Does Trump want Germany to buy its natural gas from the U.S. (so that Germany can be "captive" to us)?
3. Trump wants reimbursement. Does that include compound interest?
4. Does Trump believe his implied threat to pull out of NATO to be leverage against Europe, would they pay or let the U.S. leave?
5. What does the Pentagon think of this "strategy"?
