8. Please don't be scared

I posted this in another OP a couple days ago. I love the quote. It is so fitting for this time and place in which we find ourselves.

There was a civil war in our country once that we were losing. A general took command of our armies and actually turned the war around and we won. This is not a war with bullets, but it is a fight none the less. That hard-headed, focused general's quote is below.

"There are but two parties now: traitors and patriots. And I want hereafter to be ranked with the latter and, I trust, the stronger party." Ulysses S. Grant

My point is that Grant turned that war around at a time when all appeared to be lost. And yes, there is no doubt that we are the patriots and the stronger party.

I've also been noticing that Democrats, the big gals and guys to people on the street, are fighting back in a good public relations way. Heck, just today I'm so impressed with the push back in DC. We can win but we must get louder. Let the traitors know that we are on to them and it is our country. We will not give it away. I'll close with an adage I repeat whenever I feel overwhelmed at times: "It's always darkest before the dawn." There is a lot of hard work to be done before election day, but I honestly believe that our sunrise is starting to peek above the horizon. On election day, it will be like a bright and beautiful summer day.
