introduced in Congress and the state legislatures that were all about restricting abortions, usually in all cases (no exceptions for rape, incest.. and sometime even for the life of the woman).

It was in the thousands of bills.

Why Romney didn't pick Governor Ultrasound and instead picked Representative rape? I wonder how this happened, and how Representative rape is selected.
