We sure need a little humor with our politics - especially now! 
At the moment I'm watching Archie Bunker arguing with George Jefferson - those now seem like better times! 
And the old shows help take my mind off the worst of the news. Get some good rest and wishing you pleasant dreams... 
I watch both Archie and The Jeffersons whenever I find channels that air them. They're well written and bring back memories. All in the Family had some memorable spinoffs! 
I have always liked Ron Reagan, he understands. I remember when he had a show on MSNBC.
And I remember that show, I tried to watch it, but his RW "co-host" made it completely unwatchable, think her name was Monica Crowley, it didn't last long. When he shows up as a guest on any show, I stop and pay attention. 
There was a post awhile back that suggested he should visit Arlington and visit the grave of whoever died in his place. I used to work with a Vietnam vet, nice guy and he brought in old snapshots taken when he was there, I remember shots of them spraying Agent Orange. This guy had played semi-pro baseball and I lobbied for him to join my department since my male co-worker was hopeless on sports so all the sports listings fell to me. Unfortunately, he wasn't chosen and ended up in a department with a crazy boss and she triggered his PTSD.
