5. Would it be possible to piece together all of Kavannaugh's writings from public sources?

The dems are planning to issue FOIA requests to get this information. That's not the way the government is supposed to work - committees have a RIGHT to have access to the information, not request it as if they are just the public.

I'm sure this is being done but perhaps it doesn't include sensitive stuff like office memos.
