Do not forget 17 counts have been decided. Guilty of all 17, is speculate, because very doubtful hung up on convicting of one count if acquitting on 17 already. Why bother? But if convicting on 17 might have doubt on one...should we give a parting gift to the con man or not?

Just saying.
