Then go on the air and tell everyone what the candidate demanded, and say that you refused to interview him under those circumstances.

These interviews are what they call "earned media". Make them fucking earn it.

This is the Willard Romney version. Don't ask him any question that requires a definitive reply, and he won't tell you anything substantive. Willard - the do nothing - know nothing candidate!
