I mean, to me she didn't say that Trump is "not what he seems", but that he's exactly what he (to me) seems: someone who makes all his decisions on impulse, who cares nothing for truth, who is driven by insecurity and entitled grievance, and who has no strategy or plan except to keep selling himself.
