Beto has that aw shucks small town honesty, he's like a modern-day Jimmy Stewart in looks and demeanor

Beto is talking principles, economic growth for all income classes, quality of life

and Ted doesn't want to get his polyester Sunday-morning-preacher jacket spotted

I know we may not win this race, because it's Texas, but Beto has lit the light for Democrats, THIS is how you campaign

Reminds me of the story of a candidate sending a guy into a bar in rural Georgia to say about his opponent: I heard that in college his sister was a thespian.

Let me repeat it again, and I will continue to do so forever -

Texans learn real early on that when your neighbors are in trouble, you stop what you're doing and lend a hand; we help each other out. When hurricane Sandy wiped out New Jersey and New York and other parts of the east coast, Lyin' Ted voted against aid for those people in need. He wanted budget cuts to offset these emergency funds, and later claimed it was because of pork in the bill itself. Asshole Ted refused to lend a helping hand in the middle of an emergency. Instead he cock-blocked millions of his neighbors in their time of great need.

But, when Harvey was bearing down on Texas, Lyin' Ted was on his knees begging STFU Donnie and his Senate colleagues for $$. This was before the hurricane had even made landfall. So it's OK when Ted needs help, but when his neighbors, his fellow Americans are in need, Lyin' Ted says fuck you. What a piece of shit. He don't know how to neighbor and for that reason among many others, he ain't no real Texan.

Lyin' Ted don't know how to neighbor!

Many undecideds don’t spend the time to separate ridiculous hyperbole from logical statements. I can guarantee he won more than a few votes with that statement.
