He deserves the book to be thrown at him. Period. If it was anybody cheating on their taxes I guarantee you that the tax authorities would be banging on your doors too, and filing claim to your assets in order to pay back taxes and penalties.

I'm getting sick and tired of my taxes going up and up, and these people seem to get away w/ it. Tax cheats.
