Dr. Michael Mann, Professor of Meteorology and author of The Madhouse Effect: How Climate Change Denial Is Threatening Our Planet, joined the program to discuss the dire state of the planet in the face of climate change, and what will happen to coastal lands and Islands when the sea levels begin to rise in response to increased temperatures that are melting the ice at the poles.

You have to move like 100k people per year to avoid the effects of sea level rise (since massive numbers live near the coastlines). It's a mass migration never before even thought of.
