He has pled guilty to certain crimes and that plea still stands. What has changed is the fact that he has breached his agreement to cooperate by giving accurate and true information to the prosecutor, and therefore he won't get the good sentencing deal he thought he was going to get. Now he'll be sentenced to whatever penalty he'd have received if he hadn't agreed to cooperate.
