E.g. Rudy knows for fact that Trump had no idea that the party-platform was altered to make it more Russia-friendly.
Rudy knows for fact that there is nothing incriminating on those tapes that do or do not exist.

Because Rudy is not a member of the Administration, nor is he deeply connected to the White House legal team. What Rudy has said on TV can and will be used against him before a Congressional committee under oath. He had better lawyer up for running off his mouth.
