Will she most likely always be surrounded by a majority of deplorable, rude, interrupting, loudmouths? Yes. Resulting in her not getting to make her point half the time? Yes. Did Fox News purposely pick the three worst qualities for the average Fox News viewer to respect the opinion of....Black, Female, and Democatic?..Yes.

And I certainly am not going to tune in, other than any clips after of her embarrassing her employers.

But surely she would be better than that dishrag Alan Colmes. At any rate, even if one more Fox viewer hears something contradictory from her, and actually researches, and gets woke, then its worth it. I also appreciated her book. We can't just hide away any of that behaviour from the DNC, or demonize a truth teller because it makes us uncomfortable.

Who cares if she is cashing a cheque from Rupert Murdoch? I'll never understand the attitude in here of having everything to be just perfect. The right unblemished rep, strict D membership rules, never once critical of the party, agrees with everything the establishment demands of them. She is still a liberal minded Democrat ffs! She has the same goals and aspirations for the nation we are fighting for.

Even if all she can do is get in a few talking points and make a few deplorable Fox host heads explode it will be better than no liberal voice at all.

...and I know my opinion on the comments made on Real Time this past weekend with Bill Maher appear to be in the minority on this site and others I frequent, but I firmly believe we need voices on these reich wing media outlets.

I've read the comments about how there isn't a person who watches fox propaganda network that can be reached, and I strongly disagree with that opinion. Granted, maybe not many; but to stick our heads in the sand and give NO opposing views is only making matters worse. And face the facts, the orange shitzgibbon is gaining steam in popularity. It makes no sense, but it makes plenty of sense when you consider the airwaves. Middle amuriKKKa can't even get our signal. If we want to be content to reach only the east and west coasts and major metro areas, then we are going to fighting an uphill battle.

Donna has screwed up before, and more than likely she'll screw up again. But the other 97% of the time she will be a voice that at least gets our message out there. Maybe we'll win over those that have some conscience and brains, maybe not. But if we do nothing, if we have NO voices on these programs, I can guarantee you we will win over nobody.

Our eyes will be on her. And she can be called out when she screws up; but I'm all for this move. I think fox may have screwed themselves on this move. I hate fox as much as anybody, but I tune in from time to time to see what bull shit they are shoving on a 24/7 basis.

Good luck and stay strong Donna. She's only human, so accept the fact that you can make mistakes and move on. Let's judge her on how she represents the Democratic position, the progressive movement, and we "libruls".

I'll just say about that perception that "there isn't a person who watches fox propaganda network that can be reached", that one has to remember that it IS the most watched news network. So there must be plenty of Independents, No-Trump Republicans, some Democrats, and a lot of voting averse apolitical masses. Hell, just knowing how many places just have it on in the background of establishments, increases their audience drastically. So now, even if some MAGAT(rumpist) business owner insists it plays all day, there will be moments when he and his customers will be forced to hear for once an actual logical, empathetic, helpful, point of view,... from a Democrat.
