And correspondents like Stephen Colbert, Steve Carrell, John Oliver, Sam Bee, Ed Helms, Rob Corddry ...

I like Trevor as a dude, but it's just ... a pale imitation ...

And he is funny and likable. But I agree that some correspondents are better than others. The one I like best is Roy Wood Jr. He's done some pretty powerful remote segments, especially this one:
