Election night: When Gov. Siegelman went to bed the election was done-votes counted-and CBS, NBC, election officials call the race for him... Siegelman is blocked from counting the votes..

Sheriff Dept... Election night Sheriff's office holds a private recount and shifts 5,000 votes to the loser...and removes Siegelman from office and charges him with actions that have never been illegal before... This action was done with an electronic tabulator that counts paper ballots. Segelman blocked from counting paper ballots...
