at a local mobile home park, and was appalled at how high the lot rents were. Plus the out-of-state owner cheerfully raised them every year.

Provided you own the property where they're sited.
Many municipalities only allow mobile or manufactured homes in parks which leads to the mess John Oliver cites.

This is so tragic. It makes me sick that these companies have no qualms about exploiting people who are already desperate. How do these people live with themselves? Grrrrr!
