1. Thanks to the GOP, the country endures this. Makes one wonder what will happen if he goes

really berserk.

2. As we get closer to the election, I fully expect his mental state to deteriorate further.

As his defeat comes into focus and the bill for his treason comes due, I think he will end up with a Hitler-in-the bunker nervous breakdown.

I so look forward to his Downfall.

3. I don't.

It won't be clean. He'll claim that any election not in his favor was rigged. He won't leave the White House voluntarily, and I genuinely fear that some of his followers won't accept the result peacefully.

I'm as big a fan of schadenfreude as anyone, and I definitely want this aberration in US history to end, but I'd rather just skip the transition and deal with the aftermath.

4. And yet that is precisely analogous to Hitler in Downfall.

Deny reality and demand all Germans (Trumpsters) to rise and defeat the Allies (Democrats). But there will not be any Organized pushback because too many of his loyalists will be relieved to see this end.
