1. Lots of very innocent people in that area. If this is a real threat, catch the assholes and punish

to the full extent of the law. If, on the other hand, this is a set-up to further defile Baltimore and its people, then EXPOSE it and everyone associated (yes, I do consider this a remote possibility, but with Trump, even the nearly unthinkable needs to be considered).

I have to say, that if there was a van holding that much gasoline, it was technically a bomb, in a sense.
All it would take is a spark to be a moving Molotov cocktail.
