he's furious because the FED Chief didn't lower it to 0%.
Even considering negative interest rates, where you are paid to borrow money, if you can believe that.

This Racist Grifter & Chief, is looking for ways to grift more money from the
Federal Government.

If he demands this, you know it's so he can benefit from it, somehow!
