Trump Wanted A Military Parade, And He GOT A Military Parade. Very Appropriate.
Except it wasn't Americans throwing flowers at armoured vehicles driving down Pennsylvania Avenue on the 4th of July. Instead, it was betrayed Kurds throwing rotten potatoes at retreating U.S. special forces, and yelling 'fook America!' and 'America LIARS!'
Be careful what you wish for, I guess...
This'll be one of the iconic images of the Trump Presidency, and the Republican Party's miserable finale.
And This'll be the flip side to that iconic video. Slovenly Russians wandering around the abandoned U.S. special forces bases, making home movies, as Russia replaces the USA as the most influential power in the middle east.
