1. I don't claim to know who is making these but some of them are so beautiful.

Of course, the farmers may not agree. Thanks for the non-political distraction OxQQme.

Planks of wood with rope handles, one or more ropes for measuring, and a small team can make quite a beautiful artwork in a surprisingly short time.

One of the things that helps is that if you draw a hexagon inside a circle with the corners touching the circle, the sides of the hexagon exactly match the length of the circle's radius. That makes it easy to divide a circle into six parts or three parts by going every other corner. You can use the same measuring rope you used to draw the circle. Now look at images of several crop circles and notice how many have three or six sided designs inside them.

Personally, I think corn mazes are harder.

6. Yea sure for simple designs but for the more complex ones having a drone can make it a hell of alot

9. How exactly does a drone or drones accomplish this?
Wed Oct 23, 2019, 04:35 PM

You'd need the power with width of surface of a craft much heavier and powerful than a drone to push down crops at the exact same amount of pressure and height, and push your way through the crops. Also, many of the more complex patterns were created before drones were developed. So you can't retroactively credit them for it.

IMO it is still one of the unexplained phenomenons. Its like a Trumpian "fake news" declaration that skeptics shout, because there is still no credible proof that the majority are man made. Of course mankind would try and duplicate them..its in our nature. So no, not all are genuine. Which muddies the fields so to speak.

There have been either publicized attempts to create a circle. In broad daylight, with boards and ropes etc.. Or admissions afterwards. But these attempts have been utterly simplistic, roughly done.

Most of the formations done, mostly in England, are done in the summer, where there is about a 5 hour limit of darkness.

No one has ever been caught creating them...other than set up "demonstrations". Think about that.

Some of the more complex and large patterns, created overnight, are literally impossible for even a team of humans to complete in that time. All with no mistakes. Which is another reason to be skeptical of debunkers. You'd think that there would be at least one example of a human made formation where they gave up, or screwed up, or time ran out, and they had to leave it uncompleted. That has never happened.

I will stop short of declaring it of alien origin. But it is still unexplained. I don't know why us humans just cannot except that fact.
I have yet to find any research that proves how the more complex patterns were done by humans.

It could be the MIC has developed quiet machines, or used drones that have the ability to 'disturb' the crop stalks in bending them over precisely using some kind of energy beam. (Once again though how did this happen pre-drone) But then you have to ask why would they secretly do this, and use such beautiful and cryptic patterns, and place them in farmers fields so they would be noticed the next day? What is that purpose for the MIC? Why risk being caught if it is some secret energy beam being developed and not carry out testing on area 51 type government owned fields? And why even bother to design these amazing patterns if its just testing?

So for me I won't join the FAKE NEWS! skeptics until I actually have proof either way. So far there is just no logical reasoning or proof to suggest it is definitively:

1. That they are all man made. Other than the very simplistic and the ones admitted to, done by humans with boards and ropes, or conversely human controlled, as yet to be revealed, industrial sized drones. This kind of operation you'd think would be difficult to be kept secret. Again, not one time have any "crop makers" been caught doing or leaving a crop formation. Nor has any human, a race that is prone to bragging, said they are responsible for any of the more complex patterns.

2. Done by the MIC with technology not shared with the public, using drones and unrevealed "energy beams". Again how so pre-drones? And why take the time to create such designs and put them close to the public knowing it would create mystery?

3. Done by some alien species for as yet unexplained reasons. To make their presence known in a subtle, less shocking upsetting, way? But until actual aliens from another planet are captured, I cannot lend credence to that explanation either.

Here is an article going over all the variables from a more scientific group that works with farmers affected. From a group called the Core Group Initiative, and their page "Crop Formation Assessment"

https://www.coregroupinitiative.com/single-post/2017/06/05/Crop-Formation-Assessment

They also do not attribute it to any one thing, aliens or otherwise. Only that there creations are still a mystery. Which is my position. I wouldn't be surprised if there is covert development going on of the types of "energy beams" or whatever. And that governments do not want to share that technology. But why the designs, why the exposure, if its supposed to be kept secret? Now I"M going around in circles! I'll stop now.

Just to add, there are plenty of articles on the web dismissing any mystery, all with the assumption that it has already been clearly established that they are all man-made, with the usual theories of how "easy" it is to create them with a few boards, and ropes. (in five hours of darkness without anyone seeing them enter or leave) And quote the few examples of these actual attempts by folks to re-create one themselves, as proof that they can be all explained away.

For me, this is one instance, maybe the only one, where the skeptics are the ones without much to stand on.
Seriously, explain these overnight sensations?

But does not explain how it would be used to "execute" one.

I googled a lot in writing my response. And not only could I not find any article that explained how the majority, the more complex patterns, could have been created overnight, unseen or unheard, other than the blanket "We now know they are all man made" baseless statements pointing to the few admitted and obvious amateurs work. But googling "drone created crop formations" or any such variation, only brings up articles where drones are used to film the formations after the fact. Not even propositions that they are used to "execute" one. There are no drone demonstrations of a formation being created using only the drone either.

Notice the inter-woven stalks for texture.
No time for a person or persons to get down on their knees and do that by hand.
It would take a dozen or more people to do this between sundown and sunup.
No evidence of footprints leading into or upon.
They appear over-night.
