Bush 9/11 FAIL: Worse Than You Think!

If our intelligence agencies ALREADY KNEW about the 9/11 threat, MONTHS before it actually happened (thanx dubya!), then that means that they were fully capable of protecting our country. So, what the heck do we need Homeland Security and the Patriot Act for? What a bunch of crap!
