Again. What IS the Democratic Plan For Republican Irrationality?

In a pandemic? Who will REALLY run this government while Republican jackals lie and hide?

We know that Ideology in the face of COVID-19 is banal evil.

We -- Americans -- DO need a Plan B, Plan C all the way to Plan Z.

Decisionmaking scenarios through data.

Science will get us out of this.

But we have to PLAN to LET science run this government.

Jay Inslee was on to something, after all.

Lay out who, ways and means for each scenario.

And then IF that plan doesn't work, THEN the next "what to do" plan with who, ways and means for THAT plan.
