The only thing is, I actually like Dasani Water and pick it over the others. Why wouldn't people like it? Am I missing something?

All I could think of was "Monk," from the series, who would sooner die of thirst than drink another brand than his choice.

It's not spring water, etc. Kinda like paying for Coca Cola, minus the carbonation, and soda ingredients--at a premium!

shows themselves.

They think they're clever by having their products get slagged on the shows that they pay to have them on, thinking it'll be less obvious to viewers ... iow, they think we'll be all 'why would they pay for host/star to diss their product, that makes no sense' ... but they absolutely do.

John Oliver's show is a great example. He has ads constantly, but he damn near always rips on the products ... so it makes it less obvious.

Not much seems to have changed since the last time I went to the grocery store, they were out of things that you wouldn't necessarily expect - like tuna fish, canned soup, mayonnaise and mustard! But now they have bread and plenty of salad greens.

7. the substitution of useless things for what you order-as I've always imagined from home delivery

I have had items shipped with no problems(never home delivery), but that is what I'd always imagined would happen. In this climate what are you going to do? Complain at people literally exposing themselves to COVID-19 to do so?
