He never seems to make a concerted effort to compare himself to other presidents. This is probably because in the broad view of history, Lincoln is considered our greatest president.

Opinions will differ, of course. That is to be expected in a free, thinking society. Still, the combination of who Lincoln was as a person, the personal and political challenges that he faced, his accomplishments as an historical figure and his tragic death work together to make a image that borders on mythos.

So, is Trump going to compare himself to anybody else in United States' history? Hell, no. No one else measures up to his deluded, grandiose idea of himself.
