Seriously. The full title, and link to Amazon is below. I read it and was blown away. There are actually older white guys in places like KY and AL who are suffering horribly from awful health conditions, but they are willing to keep suffering because they don't want the African Americans and other people of color to get healthcare benefits they didn't 'earn.' It is just crazy. Worth reading, but depressing for sure.

Whether it's assault, homicide, murder or some degree of those charges.

If possible or practical, set up roadblocks on the roads leading away like they do DUI checkpoints but instead of checking them for alcohol ask them to sign a form saying they will be responsible for their healthcare, and the healthcare of anyone that it can be proven were made sick by the idiots.

Maybe it can't be done because of logistics or it would violate the cultists rights.
