I don't think there was any official deal. But he did favor her early on and unless there was someone else he felt better with it was going to be her .

Even if this was concocted (which it wasn't...remember that everyone, except some folks, and I am one of them, had written Joe off).

Joe is a great guy, and that's why he and BHO are bros. They think and act alike.

I AM PROUD TO HAVE SUPPORTED JOE BIDEN FOR PRESIDENT SINCE DAY 1 AND I AM PROUD TO HAVE THOUGHT FOR THE LAST MANY MONTHS THAT KAMALA HARRIS WAS PERFECT VP FOR JOE.

Go Joe and Kamala!
