Postmaster General Louis DeJoy answered the leading question by Republican Congressman Paul Gosar in a manner that flattened his accusation against Democrats.

the elections. In other words, additional funding is not needed at this time, but could be needed next summer.

Such a title is usually reserved for judges and high-ranking officials like presidents and governors — and federal appointees confirmed by the Senate. I kept wincing at that "honorable" title. There is no honor in him or anyone else trump has chosen to ruin our democracy.

6. Gosar! The man whose own family voted against him

because they found him a despicable human being -- and did TV commercials for his opponent. To no avail. The good people of Arizona thought, shoot, if his family thinks his a worthless lump of human excrement, that's good enough for me!

And DeJoy, having a bad day, stumbles through his answer because he is willfully clueless about the USPS, its problems and its importance, but he does point out Gosar's empty headed question as, well, an empty headed question.
